Privacy Policy
This privacy policy covers both Kavon Restaurant Pty. Ltd. (Trading as KAVON THEME RESTAURANT 12-14 Beaumont Street Hamilton) and Nex IT Australia Limited - Trading as Nex IT Australia.
Nex IT Australia may be required to collect personally identifiable information regarding you, additional services you have acquired or about services that Nex IT Australia may initiate on your behalf in relation to the successful completion and construction of your information technology service; or any other service you nominate by sending information to us.
Information about you will not be sold, leased or passed onto any unauthorised party; however authorised parties may require all details supplied to us. For example, your full name and contact information is required by law for the use of the auDA - The registrar or the .au domain space. It is also advised at this point, that we will only pass on information that is relevant only to your service. Third party entities are under strict instructions not to divulge, replicate or distribute any information about any of our customers to another third party entity without our consent. However, we suggest you check their privacy policy as well.
Employees of Nex IT Australia and any third party entity are also under strict instruction to comply with this privacy policy, which is deemed under a contract signed by each Nex IT Australia employee and also advised employee discretion.
Any information you provide Nex IT Australia will be stored within the Nex IT Australia Corporate Network infrastructure, in various encrypted databases. Your privacy is assured by Nex IT Australia.
Definitions:
By US or WE, we mean any or all representatives of Nex IT Australia, or the corporate entity of Nex IT Australia, subsidiaries or any clients associated with a specified service.
By Nex IT Australia we mean Nex IT Australia Limited and Kavon Restaurant Pty. Ltd.
By THIRD PARTY ENTITY we mean a company outside of the Nex IT Australia Network that may provide additional services to you.
By SERVICE we mean any activity you have employed Nex IT Australia or Kavon Theme Restaurant to complete on your behalf.
