Do I need to book?
Bookings are essential as we set up the restaurant with each group on their own table, numbers permitting. Bookings can be made via our website or by calling 49408050.
When do I need to pay for my booking?
Payments/deposits are due 3 weeks in advance if booking is made outside that time frame. For bookings made within the 3 week period other arrangements can be made with our boxoffice on 49408050.
Bookings for November and December require a 50% deposit, due 6 weeks prior to event with balance due on the night.
A deposit confirms and locks in the minimum amount of tickets you will be purchasing for your event.
Once payments/deposits are made tickets are non refundable and non transferable.

Are underage guests permitted ?
We advise that, unless otherwise advertised, our Friday and Saturday night shows contain Adult themes and are not suitable for children. Our venue does not have the facilities to cater for young infants/toddlers, and we warn that the show contains very loud music and lighting/smoke effects that may cause distress for young children.
We do however allow underage guests to attend these shows with adult supervision. We advise that the Friday and Saturday night shows are rated M15+ and that your Kavon experience may include very loud music, partial nudity, risque costumes and adult themes/concepts. If you would like further information on content and suitability please call 49408050.
We strongly recommend that the Kavon Adult shows are not the place for infants and young children.
What does the price Include?
Unless otherwise stated the ticket price includes dinner and show.
Are drinks included? Do you offer drinks packages?
Drinks are not included in the ticket price. The Kavon is a licensed premises and complies with all federal and state legislation regarding the Responsible Service of Alcohol.
Although we do not offer drinks packages, guests are able to set up a bar tab prior to your visit or on arrival. Our Drinks menu is available here. For more info please call 49408050.
How do I pay?
What is the arrival and departure time?
Doors open for shows at 7pm. Guests with pre-booked gold service upgrades applied to their groups may arrive at 6:30pm. We ask that all guests for these shows arrive no later than 7.15pm.
Special shows may have different seating times dependent on what date you visit and what show you see. These times can be confirmed on our online calendar or with our friendly staff upon booking.
Patrons arriving late may experience delays in seating and drink service.
Where is The Kavon?
The Kavon is conveniently located at 12-14 Beaumont Street Hamilton, cnr of Beaumont and Hudson. We are across from the Hamilton Train station, Sydney Junction Hotel and the Gallipoli Legion Club.
Do you have disabled facilities?
The Kavon has disabled access and toilet facilities. Please inform our box office if you have a wheelchair so we can allocate tables with convenient access.
