Booking Policy
Tickets are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable once deposit is paid, except where and to the extend that laws of the region of purchase provide otherwise. If a refund is made, Kavon Pty. Ltd. may retain any service or like fee being 50% of the standard ticket price.
Tickets must be paid in full via the booking office (3 weeks prior to the night) November and December (6 weeks prior). This payment confirms booked numbers and no cancellation policy exists. Expected number of patrons is non reductible from the date of deposit paid.
Kids/Teens parties; deposits of $50 must be paid 2 weeks prior to booking. Balance to be paid before the date of the party to the booking at the booking office (11-6 Monday to Friday) tickets are non refundable and expected patrons non reductible from date of deposit paid. Kavon Theme Restaurant is not a child minding facility and cannot restrain choldren within the restaurant. We advice parental supervision at all times. Booking for adult seats is required, and is free of charge. Lunch is available to be purchased & alcohol may be purchased by adults but in extreme moderation.
Full payment of tickets muct be paid before the booking (payments can be made at the booking office 11-6 Monday - Saturday only.) Payments cannot be made on the night unless previously organised with the booking office.
Payments must be make in advance at the booking office 11-6 Monday to Saturday - We accespt cash and all major credit cards excluding American Express and Diners Club. We accept business cheques. Payments can be made at the booking office, by phone or by mail.
Bookings can be made at short notice under the two week deposit date. A credit card number must be left to secure the booking, and payment made on the night. Patron will accept the full understanding, all tickets and associated costs and losses to the Kavon Pty. Ltd. will be debited from the credit card if there is a failure to attend by any booked seat.
The Management reserved the right to deny admission to any person who appears to be under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol, or for disruptive behavior.
The right is reserved to vary advertised programmes and prices. Seating arrangements are done on the day of the performance. Requested seating is not guaranteed.
Vouchers and coupons must be mentioned on booking and presented on payment of the deposit.
Audio and Video recording equipment may not be used during any part of the performance or inside the building. The Kavon Theme Restaurant is under constant video surveillance and any theft or damage from any person within the group will become liable to the person detailed to the booking.
GST is included in all ticket prices.
The Kavon Theme Restuarant is Fully Licensed - NO BYO - Drinks are not included in the ticket price unless otherwise stated. (Excluding V.I.P. platinum tickets)
Please advise if seating is required for larger persons or wheel chairs in order for your seating needs to be met.
Please advise of any dietary requirements with 24 hours notice.
The Kavon recommends patrons of the evening shows are above the age of 18. Younger patrons are not recommended, but are permitted with adult supervision.
